Step 2: Confirm that the QB database server manager is properly installed on your computer

  • Now go to start menu and enter the database
  • Click and select the QB database server manager.
  • Click on the scan.
  • After that completion of the scan check if the problem was fixed or not.

Step 3: Set the fix server for hosting

  • First, open Quickbooks and then open the file menu & click on utilities to select.
  • Choose host multi-user access from the utility.
  • Start the host multi-user access select yes.
  • You will see a message “Company file must be closed” select yes option.
  • Click on ok for the multi-user setup information.
  • Now you switch to multi-user mode.

Step 4: Convert Quickbooks DBXX service to the local system account

  • Click on start
  • Go to the search bar and type MSC and press enter.

  • Now select the logon tab
  • Select the radio button that is right next to the local system account.
